A note to our community – COVID-19 – In light of the challenging time we find ourselves in, we want you to know the most important thing to us is the health and safety of our clients, personnel, partners and their families. We’re following all developments closely, and thinking of those affected. Whilst it is business as usual, as far as possible, all of our personnel are taking precautions to protect our clients and ourselves from any exposure. We are working remotely, conducting client meetings using online conferencing “GoToMeeting”, “Zoom”, “Skype”, “Google Hangouts”, mobile, email and text to prevent social contact of any kind. Please see below the reasons for using our service at this time:
Online video meetings: We have a 3 meeting system to make sure you receive the very best service;
Meeting 1: Reviews your current situation and what you would want to happen if death, illness or incapacity should unfortunately strike. We will produce a report for you showing our recommendations (Will, Trusts, Power of Attorney – Health and Financial versions, Severance of Joint Tenancy, IHT Planning, Estate claim protection measures etc.). This meeting is free and without any obligation, to arrange yours please click “New Enquiries”.
Meeting 2: If you wish we take your instructions which can take place right after Meeting 1 with no delay or at another time of your choosing. We would then draft your documents.
Meeting 3: After your documents are produced they need to be signed in a certain manner to make sure they are valid and this meeting ensures this. We have ideas on how to have your documents signed correctly during COVID-19 which is available by pressing the information button.
